1. Information We Collect
Account credentials. When you configure the app, you provide a server URL and optional credentials (username / API token). These are stored locally on your device using the iOS Keychain and are never transmitted to us.
Photos and metadata. The app displays photos and EXIF metadata (camera model, aperture, GPS coordinates, etc.) fetched from your own self-hosted server. We do not access, copy, or store this content on our servers.
Usage data. We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or any behavioral data about how you use the app.
2. Data Storage
All data accessed through Jupiter remains on your device or on the server you control. We operate no backend infrastructure and store no personal data on our behalf.
3. Third-Party Services
Jupiter uses the following third-party library solely for image loading and caching:
- Kingfisher – image downloading and caching, open-source (MIT). No data is shared with Kingfisher's authors.
The app makes network requests only to the server URL you configure. No requests are made to any other external service.

Jupiter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
